Das Mantelrohr von der Ölwannenseite durchbohren, Schraube durchstecken und von innen mit Wärme am Gehäuse herausziehen ( Presssitz )

Hallo, danke, mögliche Lösung, aber ich würde es vorziehen, das Rohr nicht zu bohren. Ich habe gehört, dass einige Kabelbinder und kleine Plastikhammerschläge auf den Kopf der Kabelbinder verwenden … um den Schlauch herauszuziehen.

Hello, thanks, possible solution but I would prefer not to drill the pipe. I've heard that some use zip ties and small plastic mallet taps on the head of the zip tie... to pull the hose out.

ich habe im Rahmen des Umbaus auf den Zwischenring mit außenliegendem Ölfilter das Mantelrohr auch rausgeholt. Ohne rohe Gewalt ging da trotz Wärme gar nichts.
Ich wüsste auch gar nicht, wie das mit einem oder auch mehreren Kabelbindern gehen sollte.


I removed the tube when I installed an oil pan intermediate ring with an external oil filter. No way of getting the tube out without lots of force, although I also used heat.
I have no idea how to remove the tube with zip ties...

I found this on the web..
Remove the oil pan. Take several hose clamps and put them around the canister
near where it goes into the motor casting. Face the knuckles of the clamps
one toward the bottom rear and one toward the bottom front. On the clamp
knuckles, tap gently using a light plastic mallet with an impact motion toward the
right side of the motor.. With care you can slowly and carefully tap the
canister out of the bore in which it sets. Be careful not to let the canister cock at
an angle."

OK, Schlauchschellen sind nicht das Gleiche wie Kabelbinder! Bei Schlauchschellen kannst Du auch Wärme am Motorgehäuse einsetzen, die Deine Kabelbinder sehr geschwächt hätte...

OK, hose clamps are not the same as zip ties! When using hose clamps, you can also use heat on the motor case, which would have weakened your zip ties severely...
