Hello.I changed the springs of dell'orto, because were very hard, with a medium one.Sometimes the engine is lazy to turn down, around 4k to 2k.Could be problem in my carb or maybe i have some bad air inside?

I suggest to write in English because the translation is bad.

Hello Luca,

at first I would control the throttle slides. If they are rough I would polish them a little bit.
It is also possible that they are worn out and there is too much space (around). With the pressure of the "sucking" Engine they hang at the carburator bore.

If the springs were too hard, you were too soft:D

To turn the throttle needs more force on a Dello as on a Bing.

This can be limited by greasing the cable that needs to be in a good condition obviously.

You can even use another throttle grip type with a more soft reduction but have to arrange with a longer stroke angle at the handlebar.

Or change the carb's heads from flat to dome type, using the lever to reduce the force a little bit

Using softer springs has backfired, as you understood already.

Good luck, Frank

This type needs more force tu pull:

312185

It's easier with this version:

312186
