Killschalter

Hallo
bin z.Z. dabei einen neuen (alten) Kabelbaum zum Einbau vorzubereiten.
Dazu müssen die kabel von der Lampe zu den Lenkerschaltern verlängert werden, darum baue ich Silikonkabel ein.
Heute habe ich (dummerweise) den Killschalter ausgebaut und dabei hat sich die Feder in die unendlichen Tiefen meines Kellers verabschiedet. :entsetzten: :schimpf:

Frage, gibt es die Feder einzeln (Ersatz)?
Und einen Trick, den Schalter mit Feder und Kugel wieder einzubauen?:nixw:

Feder vom Kugelschreiber - ansonsten - den Killschalter vergessen, sowas braucht kein Schw..n

Der Killlschalter gehört halt dahin :]

Habe aber deinen Tipp befolgt und eine andere Feder gefunden.
Es ist aber keine aus einem Kugelschreiber, sondern aus meinem Bastelfundus.
Da hatte ich mal solche kleine Federn bestellt (d = ca- 3,2 mm).
Die Bohrung etwas aufgeweitet 1/10mm)etwas Fett und schon killt es wieder :D

weiß ich weil ein Kollege auch diese Probleme hatte, wir natürlich versucht das Ding zu reparieren, 2x die Feder davon gehüpft .... einmal auf der Straße wieder gefunden, das 2. Mal in der Garage war es verschollen ....

Darum so ein Teil immer im transparenten Plastikbeutel öffnen. :D

If I may comment even if it's in english.

Many years I had a tyre tube explosion on the front tyre riding 110km 2 up and full load on my -77 R100RS.
Was late evening outside Kopenhagen in denmark on highway nearly no trafic.
A very scary feeling, didn't dare to loosen the grip of my right hand to engage the kill switch. Used engine break to decrease while wobble all over the lanes.
Both feets down to support the bike. Couldn't engage the rear breake.
Went down to 60 then thew idle speed of the engine keept it there.
Pulled the clutch and finally we stopped at the roadside. Laughing like crazy releasing all the adrenaline we had build up.
During the scary time there was moment that I thought we should go down, and in that I thought about how to signal to the girl that I will lay it down controlled on the right side. She's a very god pilon and should have supported me in this controlled crash if I could get trough to her what I intended to do.

Bottom line. Installed a killswitch, to replace the std killswitch, from a snowmobile ( living in Lappland ) that I can reach with my thumb without losen the grip.
Happend once more that I got a front tyre explosion when I hitted a piece of wood on a country road. Not so scary this time ridiing alone and at appr. 80, hitted the modified killswitch and could stop controlled and repair the tyre.
